We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Tufts Medicine. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our central heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including inspections, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Install, modify, and improve HVAC systems to meet the needs of our facilities.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC/Refrigeration License and 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
