Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collect payments and process transactions accurately
  • Provide exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
  • Assist with setting up lounge tables, including clean menus, table tents, and candles
  • Provide guests with an overview of menu and beverage choices, making recommendations as needed
  • Take orders, consolidate, and pick up food and beverages, ensuring all necessary condiments are served
  • Clear cocktail tables throughout the dining experience, using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
  • Assist the bartender as needed to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Complete all side work assignments, including setting up and maintaining the appearance of server areas

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar
  • CA Food Handler's Card required
  • Alcohol Training (TIPS / ServSafe) required
