As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of Environmental Services Aides to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of Environmental Services Aides to ensure that all areas of the hospital are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hospital are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the hospital are clean and safe, and identify and address any areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all areas of the hospital are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all Environmental Services Aides have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of employees.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business administration or management.
  • Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
