Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Service Guest Rooms: Clean and service assigned guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's established standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Handle Guest Requests and Complaints: Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain Housekeeping Standards: Maintain high standards of housekeeping, including cleaning and restocking rooms, and reporting any maintenance deficiencies to management.
  • Work Flexible Schedule: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year of cleaning experience, with previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Knowledge of Chemical Handling: Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
