Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and modeling of spacecraft/payload hardware using Solidworks
- Develop materials and structural analyses of space hardware
- Perform thermal analyses of components and the entire system in all operational modes
- Interface with systems, harness, software, and electrical/RF engineering teams
- Support spacecraft/payload integration, testing, delivery to launch, and spacecraft bus partners/vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer certification
