KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management protocols.
- Assist in the transition of tools as directed by the Developer Experience team to ensure alignment with the SDLC operational framework.
- Collect and enhance metrics pertaining to SDLC and Change Management methodologies.
- Provide ongoing support for Development Services tools, including user assistance and troubleshooting issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in roles such as business/systems analyst, project coordinator, or similar positions in a process-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in facilitating discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, databases, and web applications.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and workflows.
- Experience in creating standardized tool templates and processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Atlassian products is a plus, particularly in administration.

$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Daytime hours
- Monday through Friday
Preferred Experience:

Relocation Requirements:
