Job Summary
The S.L.E.W. Inc. Mental Health Counselor/LPC position is a part-time opportunity that involves conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in counseling and experience working with vulnerable populations. They will be responsible for assessing client mental health needs and developing treatment plans, as well as collaborating with a patient navigator and case manager to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
  • Conducting intake interviews and assessments to determine client mental health needs.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Facilitating group discussions on specific issues.
  • Providing case consultations and crisis interventions.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
  • A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Certification and/or License Required LPC, or LCSW.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience working with the chronically ill population.
