We are seeking a dedicated Counselor for Funeral Services to join our team at Park Lawn Memorial Group, LLC.

This role involves providing emotional support and guidance to client families during times of need. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

  • Establish relationships with client families to provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Conduct funeral services and ensure that they meet the needs and expectations of client families.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless execution of funeral services.
  • Ensure compliance with state and industry regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit all required documents and payments to the Business Office.

About You

  • A minimum of a 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in counseling or customer service strongly preferred.
  • May require possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable state law.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
