About the Role

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Maxim RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide Skilled Nursing Services: Deliver skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring, to patients in their homes.
  • Document Patient Progress: Accurately and thoroughly document patient progress, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Health Certificate: Hold a current health certificate, as required by the facility.
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or chest X-ray, as required by the facility.
  • BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS certification.
  • Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.
