We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Springs at Oldham Reserve. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the assessment and care planning of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Requirements:
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date
  • High school diploma or equivalent
