Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15-25 sewing and vacuum technicians, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Review job orders to determine work priorities and schedule repairs, maintenance, and adjustments
  • Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with repair standards
  • Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations and minimize operating costs
  • Procure tools, equipment, and supplies required for repairs
  • Direct training to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven technical team management experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with solid interpersonal and communication skills
Work Schedule

This is an operations position that typically works in office Monday through Friday from 5am-2pm.
