Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team as an Information Systems Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing security management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. You will assist in direction and control activities, participate in client negotiations, and interface with senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Management: Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives, and assist in direction and control activities to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Client Negotiations: Participate in client negotiations and interface with senior management to ensure that security requirements are met.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise across multiple project assignments, and assist in the design, development, engineering, and implementation of security solutions.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk analyses, including risk assessment, and implement security controls to mitigate risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor technical teams, and provide guidance on security best practices.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.
  • Experience: 5+ years of directly relevant experience in information security management, with experience working on multiple complex assignments.
Desired Skills
  • Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Security Tools: Experience with Xacta and CSAM, Splunk, Tenable SC, and End Game.
  • Networking: Experience with Net App.

Nightwing offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $221,000, as well as benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
