Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Lifeguard to join our team at the Sailfish Club of Florida. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests while on the pool deck and in the water.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain a safe and clean pool environment
- Provide First Aid assistance to members and guests when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Provide a safe and fun club environment for members, children, and their guests
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to maintain current certifications
Requirements:
- Certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard
- Knowledge of swim instruction and water safety
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time or full-time position, with varying hours depending on the needs of the club. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
