Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group exercise classes to improve participant health and fitness
  • Assist with educating participants on proper form, anatomy, and modifications of exercise moves to promote safety and effectiveness
  • Ensure the safety of participants while using the facility's fitness equipment
  • Adapt classes to meet the varying needs of fitness ability to ensure all participants benefit from the class
  • Maintain cleanliness of the group fitness studio to uphold a positive reputation with customers
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Nationally accredited certification from a recognized organization or equivalent specialty certification
  • BLS/CPR certification by the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare provider
