Job Summary:

ActOne Executive Search is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Junior Associate Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including investigation, discovery, and litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and assess liability and damages.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for filing in state and federal courts.
  • Prepare clients for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
  • Advocate for clients in court appearances, presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and arguing motions.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals to build strong cases.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status, answer questions, and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • 1-3 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a focus on plaintiff-side litigation.
  • Solid track record of successful litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
