  • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations to resolve disputes efficiently.

**Qualifications**

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar membership and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury trial attorney (plaintiff or defense), with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 5 personal injury trials to verdict.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
