Life Insurance Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Analyst to join our team at NFP, an Aon Company. As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Client Services: Provide top-notch client service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Policy Administration: Process policy change requests, obtain and prepare necessary documentation, and communicate with clients and carriers as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, including policy values, premium history, and other relevant data, to provide insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a focus on client services and policy administration.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of life insurance products, policies, and procedures, as well as software applications used in the industry.
