**Job Description**

As a Host/Hostess, your primary responsibility will be to greet Guests upon arrival, coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones. You will also be responsible for managing the flow of Guests through the facility, efficiently helping them with their needs and directing them as necessary.

You will work closely with other Team Members to ensure that every Guest receives a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will require you to be proactive, flexible, and able to think on your feet at all times.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station. This includes restocking supplies, checking for restocking of necessary items, and bringing all areas up to standard.

Your duties will also include conducting merchandise inventory during and after shifts, if applicable, and notifying your Manager of any unhappy Guests. You will also assist other Team Members as needed or as business dictates.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred. You must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in English.
