Dave & Buster's is a unique entertainment venue where every day is different. As a Game Floor Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our Winner's Circle area. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will guide them through their Midway experience.

About the Job
  • We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual who can work days, nights, and weekends to provide timely and accurate service to our guests.
  • You will be responsible for greeting guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, answering questions, and making recommendations on items.
  • You will also be responsible for providing game assistance, notifying management of any guest issues, and practicing proper cost controls.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Be able to smile frequently and work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask.

Work Environment
  • Workdays, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
