As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on demand planning, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce lead time and improve on-time delivery to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales forecasts and inventory management
  • Lead the development and accuracy of raw material and finished goods inventory reports
  • Anticipate and mitigate supply-demand issues and complaints
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production scheduling and/or material planning within a manufacturing setting
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving business growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
