About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a health or science related field and excellent communication and presentation skills.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with the approved protocol;
  • Communication with the medical site staff including coordinators, clinical research physicians, and their site staff;
  • Verify adequate investigator qualifications, training and resources, including facilities, laboratories, equipment, and staff.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.


Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a health or science related field; Advanced degrees or prior clinical research experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 60-70% to locations nationwide is required, or less if remote/virtual visits required.
  • Must maintain a valid drivers license and the ability to drive to monitoring sites.
