Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is a key role at How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Members. This position involves serving as the primary point of contact, conducting regular check-in calls to ensure Members receive the full benefit of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive Member files and provide consistent support to our Members, acting as their central resource.
  • Engage in frequent Member interactions, delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with internal teams, and gathering feedback to improve our services.
  • Responsible for a roster of up to 75 small law firms and continue as the Member's RM throughout their tenure at HTM.
  • Conduct New Member On-boarding Calls, ensuring Members can access the member website, mobile app, and other resources.
  • Schedule bi-monthly check-in calls with Members to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Document conversations for transparency and empower Members to request 'gifts' when achieving milestones or facing challenges.
  • Hold Members accountable for working through action items tasked by Advisors and listen closely to identify important issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure Member needs are met and provide consistent training on new resources.
Requirements
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic, and tactful, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to adapt to change, with empathy and patience, and a tech-friendly mindset.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in administration, including project management, paralegal, customer service management, or executive assistant type roles.
  • Six Sigma or other Project Management certification preferred.
