Position Overview:

The Senior IT Project Coordinator will ensure that all projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and defined scopes, with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures, roles, and communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and refine project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to facilitate successful project execution and support business case submissions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and due diligence on business cases, ensuring comprehensive reviews by fellow project managers or PMO leadership.
- Proactively manage and report on project plans, budgets, scopes, resources, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies, while maintaining and presenting project metrics to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships and engagement with implementation partners, vendors, and all relevant stakeholders.

Value Addition:
- Provide insights on overall project business value, leveraging experience to help the team achieve specified objectives, benefits, and return on investment (ROI).
- Advise on change management strategies and assist in tracking post-implementation benefits as necessary.
- Oversee the complete transition to operational support and maintenance teams, ensuring all projects are finalized with all deliverables completed and approved.

Continuous Improvement:

- Manage projects of varying sizes, including portfolios or programs, across all service lines.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and successfully delivering large, complex projects, including those involving cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams within a sizable organization.
- Strong commitment to delivery and accountability, with excellent relationship management skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, clients, vendors, and external auditors.
- Demonstrated capacity to challenge assumptions, adopt a proactive approach, and manage expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with delivering organizational change as part of IT projects, with the ability to quickly grasp business areas and challenges.

Technical Expertise:
- Experience in managing both custom-developed and off-the-shelf solutions, including vendor negotiations.
- Proficient in managing projects with multiple workstreams and implementing optimal approaches.
- Strong skills in risk management and test strategy formulation.
- Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication abilities, with the capacity to comply with company and project management processes and methodologies while working independently.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies, and experience in CRO/Pharma/Regulatory environments is advantageous.
