Position: Social Media Staff Coordinator

Department: Marketing Direct Supervisor: Senior Manager, Social Media Status: Part-time/Hourly Overview: The Social Media Staff Coordinator will oversee content programming, copywriting, and collaboration with our creative team, managing daily operations for Hard Rock Stadium and supporting the Miami Dolphins and related brands. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a solid understanding of social media engagement, attention to detail, and a commitment to staying informed about emerging platforms and industry best practices. Location: This is a part-time role based on-site. Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead on emerging platforms, focusing on content creation and posting for Miami Dolphins & Hard Rock Stadium TikTok and Instagram. Assist with strategy and daily publishing on other platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator on daily copywriting and posting as required.
  • Manage content publishing on Hard Rock Stadium social channels, overseeing the content calendar and daily posts while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Handle short-form social content editing, including behind-the-scenes footage, community events, and more.
  • Engage with the community across social channels, responding to followers, monitoring messages, and brainstorming strategies to enhance social interaction.
  • Conduct monitoring and research on current social trends, fan discussions, and narratives to assist with content ideation and storytelling opportunities.
  • Oversee content tagging and organization on social platforms and Dropbox.
  • Identify new opportunities, platforms, and tools to enhance our brand's visibility.
  • Provide social media coverage at community events, game days, training camps, and other relevant occasions.
  • Understand and adhere to social media policies for the NFL.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree with relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated and innovative with a desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the National Football League.
  • Able to collaborate across departments and manage multiple social media requests.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various social media platforms.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including holidays and weekends, and be available outside of standard working hours.
  • Strong professional communication and interaction skills.
  • Ability to make decisions that align with the best interests of the brand and organization.
