Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of $375,893 per year, along with a lucrative incentive program. In addition to the attractive compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits plan that includes:

  • A full benefit package, including health, dental, vision, LTD, STD, critical illness, life insurance, retirement, 30 days of PTO, and 18 weeks of sick leave
  • A $2,000 reimbursement for Texas license fees
  • Malpractice coverage with tail coverage for tenure, featuring a $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 policy limit
  • $5,000 per year for continuing medical education and five paid days per year

 

Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified or eligible BE/BC pulmonologist to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing critically ill patients and possess excellent communication skills.
