Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Skagit Regional Health. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Practice safety and infection control: Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Current Washington State RN License required; BSN preferred.
  • Experience: One year perioperative experience preferred.
  • Certifications: American Heart Association ACLS required; PALS (or PEARS) required within 6 months of hire.
