Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence:
Ensure exceptional service delivery by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and adhering to the established service guidelines. Oversee all employee relations initiatives and processes.
Training Development:
Design and implement comprehensive training programs across the organization. This includes creating instructional materials and conducting training sessions on various topics such as workplace conduct and supervisory skills.
Investigative Oversight:
Lead the strategy for conducting timely and impartial internal investigations into workplace concerns, including harassment and discrimination claims. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company standards.
Managerial Collaboration:
Work closely with management to promote understanding and adherence to company policies. Provide expert guidance and support to address employee performance and behavior issues, fostering a culture of engagement and retention.

Department Management:
Assist in the development of effective employee relations policies and ensure compliance with employment laws. Represent management in resolving employee issues while advocating for fair treatment.
Recognition Programs:
Coordinate employee recognition initiatives and manage employee assistance programs to enhance workplace morale and engagement.

Exit Strategies:
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and implement strategies aimed at improving retention rates. Evaluate factors affecting employee satisfaction and propose actionable improvements.

Conflict Resolution:
Oversee the process for resolving employee grievances and ensure timely responses to complaints. Facilitate discussions between employees and management to address conflicts and misunderstandings effectively.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of five years of relevant experience is required. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $83,100 and $108,000 annually.
