Primary Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including partnerships with builders, real estate agents, and participation in networking events.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and leads.
- Evaluate applicants' financial profiles and property assessments to recommend appropriate loan options.
- Effectively manage the loan pipeline and stay updated on market trends.
- Comply with all relevant state and federal regulations as well as company policies.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Possession of an NMLS loan originator license is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the mortgage sector is required.
- Comprehensive understanding of mortgage products and underwriting standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
