Position Overview:

  • Translate insights on current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges into actionable business development initiatives.
  • Provide leadership to address challenges and facilitate the design of innovative technological solutions that enhance product and service offerings.
  • Build and represent a diverse team in the creation, design, and implementation of agreements, ensuring risk mitigation and adherence to budgetary, scheduling, and performance standards.
  • Inspire and cultivate a high-energy team to thrive during transitions and changes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams in areas such as acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting.
  • At least 8 years of experience leading teams in capture and proposal management.
  • Familiarity with the DoD munitions and weapons portfolio and business models.
  • Proven ability to maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the DoD community.
  • Experience in managing the capture and execution of business pipelines.
  • Background in program management of active contracts and opportunities.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with key decision-makers in the Army munitions and weapons community.
  • Knowledge of Army munitions and weapons portfolio and business models.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics preferred.
  • PMI Certification is a plus.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

Eligibility for benefits is available to full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 annually.

Work Model:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is remote or hybrid, you will work periodically from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients will be required as necessary.
