Container Sorting Specialist

Shift Details:
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 PM - 3 AM
- Weekend Shift: Saturday to Sunday, 6 AM - 5 PM; Monday to Tuesday, 6 AM - 4 PM
Compensation: $16.50 per hour (includes a $0.50 shift differential)

Role Purpose: The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately and efficiently hand-sort Break Pack containers based on quality standards determined through a visual inspection process, ensuring that both quality and quantity goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Commitment: Adhere to all safety protocols to achieve the Plan To Zero (PTZ) goal.
- Quality Maintenance: Conduct hand-sorting of Break Pack containers based on established quality criteria.
- Production Standards: Understand and meet production expectations consistently.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a diverse team environment.
General Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Operate a Fork-Lift safely and efficiently (training and certification will be provided).
- Lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
- Perform tasks requiring repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with pallet jacks.
- Prior experience with Forklifts is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting is advantageous.
- A High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience is preferred.
