Job Title: Box Sorter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Box Sorter to join our team at Rehrig Pacific Company.

Job Summary

The Box Sorter will be responsible for hand-sorting Break Pack containers accurately and efficiently, based on quality, as determined through visual inspection process. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Hand-sort Break Pack containers accurately and efficiently, based on quality, as determined through visual inspection process.
  • Production Expectations: Meet minimum production and quality requirements, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and able to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, operate a pallet jack, and work in a team environment.
