YOUR ROLE Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will serve as the face of our retail operations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to both seasoned bettors and newcomers alike, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our sports book. As a knowledgeable resource on our diverse betting options, you will assist customers in making informed and responsible wagering decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and health screening.
  • Eligibility to obtain a gaming license from the relevant authorities.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements as mandated by the company and regulatory bodies.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to write for prolonged periods.
  • Flexibility to twist, bend, or reach as needed.
  • Exposure to a smoke-filled environment may occur.
