Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Center for Wealth Preservation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and producing all firm events, including agency meetings, client appreciations, and CWP Cares events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
- Prepare event materials, agendas, and presentations.
- Create and distribute invitations for events.
- Distribute pre-and-post-event communications to attendees.
- Track RSVPs and ensure accurate headcounts.
- Attend events and provide exceptional experience for attendees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
- Exceptional organization skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Ability to travel to in-person events.
