Nutrition Specialist

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Syosset Endocrinology. As a key member of our wellness program, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the nutritional needs of patients and develop personalized plans to improve their health

• Provide one-on-one nutrition coaching and education to patients

• Develop and lead group nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits

• Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless care for patients

Requirements:

• Registered or certified nutritionist or dietitian with a strong foundation in nutrition science

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and body composition analysis software a plus
