About the Role

As an Inspector at Frontier Airlines, you will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft. You will be responsible for performing inspections, audits, and quality control monitoring to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections and audits of aircraft, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Monitor maintenance, workmanship, and materials to verify compliance with approved published procedures.
  • Conduct on-site quality control monitoring of work performed on company aircraft.
  • Audit completed aircraft records, including logbook pages, work cards, and non-routine maintenance.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new tooling and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as required or directed by management.
Requirements
  • Current Airframe & Powerplant Certificate with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in inspection, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Ability to acquire, hold, and maintain Required Inspection Item (RII) authorization.
  • Ability to acquire, hold, and maintain Borescope Inspection capabilities.
  • Ability to acquire, hold, and maintain Level 1 Special/Level I NDT certification in Eddy Current (ET), Liquid Penetrant (PT), and Ultrasonic (UT) Methods.
  • Ability to complete and pass differences training.
  • Ability to acquire, hold, and maintain a valid motor vehicle driver's license.
