Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our sales and operations team at Industrial Supply. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing branch operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s), achieving earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) and return on investment capital (ROIC) goals.
- Safeguard company assets and associates, providing operational oversight and excellent inventory management procedures.
- Manages all location employees either directly or through supervisors, ensuring appropriate staffing levels meet service, financial, and operational support demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., business, supply chain) and 7+ years of experience in sales and operations.
- Wholesale distribution experience and exposure to Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies are preferred.
- Ability to use computer systems to manage day-to-day operations is essential.
The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
