Lead Dentist

As a Lead Dentist - Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a team of dental professionals and providing exceptional patient care. You will conduct comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnose dental conditions, and offer treatment planning options to patients. Additionally, you will maintain an awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
- Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
- Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community
Requirements:
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
