Financial Planning Specialist

Langan Financial Group, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Associate to support our growing business. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing client reviews, meeting with clients to take notes and conduct follow-up activities, conducting financial trades, and creating financial reports using our proprietary tools. Additionally, the successful applicant will perform financial analysis, including capital gains, Roth conversions, and retirement planning, as well as coordinate meetings with wholesale vendors and create content articles for blogs and newsletters.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive client reviews, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, taking notes and conducting follow-up activities to ensure their needs are met.
- Analyze and execute financial trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain financial reports using our advanced tools, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses, including assessments of capital gains, Roth conversions, and retirement planning strategies.
- Coordinate meetings with wholesale vendors to secure the best possible solutions for our clients.
- Create engaging content articles for blogs and newsletters, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

- Commitment to customer excellence, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with Cambridge Investment Services.
- Knowledge of Morningstar, AssetMaps, and RightCapital.
- Licensed Series 7 and 66.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
