About the Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Dealership Financial Specialist to join our team at Boyer & Ritter. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of dealership accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with dealership guidelines.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with department managers to provide detailed financial and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $105,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
