Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Superintendent to join our team at BL Harbert International LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, supervising project logistics, and ensuring the project's cleanliness is maintained at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Assistant Superintendents, Mechanical QC Managers, Foremen, and craft labor.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for project team members.
  • Assist the Project Manager in generating site accident prevention plans and safety program management binders.
  • Ensure project cleanliness and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Develop and manage project documentation, including BLHI daily reports, subcontractor daily reports, and daily progress photos.
  • Participate in project meetings and lead preconstruction meetings for definable features of work.
  • Enforce subcontractor risk management parameters established by Project Leadership.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the project team.
