Hitachi Astemo Americas, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with OEM and tier 1 powertrain companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of our products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and summaries to senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, engineering, program management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability for travel, including international.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with customers in the automotive powertrain industry.
  • Knowledge of sales force automation tools and customer relationship management software.
