**Job Summary**

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited is looking for a dedicated Nursing Supervision Leader to oversee the delivery of patient care services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and be able to effectively supervise RNs and LPNs, as well as provide guidance to direct care staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating staff performance, establishing systems for day-to-day medical/nursing operations, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders. You will also be required to provide updated reports and ensure proper documentation by staff.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Supervise RNs and LPNs
  • Provide oversight and instructions to nursing staff and direct care staff
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance related to delegated tasks
  • Establish systems for day-to-day medical/nursing operations in collaboration with Nurse Administrator and VP of Nursing

**Requirements:** NYS license as a Registered Nurse, minimum three years of nursing experience with one year in supervision, CPR certification, and extensive knowledge of pertinent health resources.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $125,000 per year.
