This field-based position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as you'll work closely with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to navigate access and reimbursement challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide logistical and non-medical educational assistance to patients and caregivers
  • Work with patients to educate on next steps required to gain access to therapy
  • Maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and staff to support ongoing compliance with therapy
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Marketing, and Site of Care
  • Secure written or electronic HIPAA consent for patients in the assigned geography
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of patient services, reimbursement, medical affairs, or account management experience
  • Master's degree and 4 years of patient services, reimbursement, medical affairs, or account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of patient services, reimbursement, medical affairs, or account management experience
