Job Summary

MedStar Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Call Center Clinician to join our team. This is a remote PRN position that requires strong clinical and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational health information and guidance to MedStar associates through the remote OHCC.
  • Communicate and provide current and accurate information to associates as identified in clinical guidance and resources provided.
  • Utilize technical telecom and computer software to effectively perform the role.
  • Multitask and navigate multiple sources of electronic medical records and reports to provide information to associates.
  • Consult with managers and assistant managers when complex issues arise.

Requirements:

  • Completion of required education for clinical field.
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years clinical experience required, previous clinical call center experience preferred.
  • Licenses and certifications: NP, RN, PT, OT, or ST.
