Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician III to join our team at HALCORE GROUP, INC. in the production of high-quality vehicles. As an Assembly Technician III, you will be responsible for installing various vehicle interior and exterior parts according to specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and production fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of all non-electrical interior and exterior components and hardware
  • Bolting, screwing, clipping, or otherwise fastening together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units
  • Sealing joints and seams using a caulking gun
  • Fastening seats, door paneling, headliners, carpeting, molding, and other trim into position
  • Assembling fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations
  • Positioning parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements
Requirements
  • Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices
  • Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
  • Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools, such as drills and screw guns
  • General knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision or no supervision
