Job Summary:

As an Assembly Technician II at HALCORE GROUP, INC., you will play a crucial role in the installation of various vehicle interior/exterior parts according to specifications. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Install all non-electrical interior/exterior components and hardware
• Bolts, screws, clips, or otherwise fastens together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units
• Seals joints and seams, using caulking gun
• Fastens seats, door paneling, headliners, carpeting, molding, and other trim into position
• Assembles fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations

Requirements:

• Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
• Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools, such as drills and screw guns
• General knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or no supervision
