Food Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Server to join our team at Thunder Road. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and recipes.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to Laguna Development Corporation's Core Values, Policies & Procedures, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward customers and co-workers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established standards.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude toward customers and co-workers, and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
