  • Accounting Policy: Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct thorough reviews of financial reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Audit Support: Provide support to external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial data and documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in financial reporting and data management, and develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting.
  • Public accounting experience and CPA certification preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and experience with Essbase or Smartview a major plus.
  • Prior experience in financial reporting, audit support, or related areas preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Proven prioritization, time management, and project management skills.
  • Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
