Clinical Autism Specialist

We are a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work together to provide individualized treatment plans and conduct assessments for children on the autism spectrum.
The Role:
As a Clinical Autism Specialist at Action Behavior Centers, you will be responsible for leading a team of RBTs and providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum. Your duties will include conducting initial intake and recurring assessments, collecting data, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing 30+ hours of treatment per week for your clients. You will also engage with families for guidance and support, collaborate with colleagues to ensure clinical excellence, and participate in discharge and transition planning for clients.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $60,000 annual salary based on industry standards and the location of our centers in Texas. Schedule and Work-Life Balance:
We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a Clinical Autism Specialist, you can expect to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. You will also receive generous paid time off, including 10 holidays, 15 paid days off, and 2 CEU days per year.
Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you must currently hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be sitting for your BCBA exam within one month. You should also possess a passion for working with children with ASD and their families, as well as strong communication and leadership skills. A background in ABA therapy or a related field is preferred but not required.
