We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at Action Behavior Centers.
Job OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, providing individualized treatment plans and leading a team of Registered Behavior Therapists. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for case management, data collection, and discharge planning, ensuring high-quality care and family guidance.
About the Role- Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Lead and educate a team of Registered Behavior Therapists
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
- Current BCBA certification or sitting for your exam within one month
- Possession of a passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
- Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
- Flexible schedules with 5 different schedule options
- $30,000 Long-Term Incentive Plans over 3 years eligible for promotions to ACD and above
- Small caseloads, allowing for individualized care for each child
